What this site stores, and what it does not.

YOUR E-MAIL

If you join the list we store your address and which drop you joined for, so we can tell you when it opens. Nothing else is kept with it, and every e-mail we send carries an unsubscribe link that works without a reply.

YOUR ORDER

An order stores the name, address, telephone and e-mail you typed at the checkout, and what you bought. We need those to deliver it and to answer you about it.

YOUR CARD

Card details are entered on PayTR’s own page and never reach this site. We are told that a payment succeeded and for how much — never the number.

WHERE IT IS KEPT

In a Postgres database hosted in the European Union, reachable only by this site’s server.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

PayTR, to take the payment. The courier, to deliver the parcel. Meta, through the pixel on this site and our server — only once you allow it in the cookie notice — which reports that a page was viewed, a registration completed or an order paid, with the order value. To match the order to an account, Meta receives your e-mail, phone, name and city only in hashed (encrypted, unreadable) form; it is never given your address.

HOW LONG

Orders are kept while the law requires a seller to keep them. A list address is kept until you unsubscribe.
